How to Set Up VLC Player

Download VLC
Visit https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html to download and install VLC Player.

Open VLC
Launch VLC Player on your device.

Open Network Stream
Navigate to Media > Open Network Stream in the VLC menu.

Add Your Subscription
Enter the M3U URL provided in your subscription and click Play.

Load Channels
Wait for the channels to load completely, which might take some time.

Setup Instructions for iOS Devices

Install a Recommended App
Choose one of the following apps from the App Store:

IPTV Smarters Pro (use Xtream Codes API)
GSE IPTV (use Xtream Codes API)
ELK Player
IPTVX
Configure the App

Open the app and select Xtream Codes API (XC API).
Enter your details: Name, Login, Password, and URL.
Click Add User.

Click on Xtream code API (XC API)
Enter your infos : Name, Login, Password and URL.
ADD user.

Once you install one of these recommended APPs, You can use the subscription info that you received from us to log in.

STB Emulator Setup Instructions:

Download ‘STB Emulator’ from the Google Play Store here.
Install and Load the ‘STB Emulator’ app and you will see your ‘MAC address’ on screen.
Tap near the ‘Top right corner’ and then click ‘Settings’ – the 4th icon from the right.
Tap ‘Profiles’.
Tap ‘Test portal’ to modify the existing profile or ‘Add profile’ to start a new one.
Tap ‘STB Model’.
Tap ‘MAG 250’ or whichever STB you wish to emulate.
Tap ‘Portal settings’.
Enter your ‘Portal URL’ (Check your activation e-mail) and click OK.
Now tap ‘Screen Resolution’.
Choose ‘1280×720’ (You can choose higher with internet speed 16+ Mbps).
Exit the app and restart.
You will now see your channel list.


Troubleshooting STB Emulator

If you have any problems viewing the Channels please follow this recommended fix:
Restart your App, Device/Box, and Wi-Fi Router.

Setup Instructions for MAG Devices

Connect Your MAG Device
Connect your MAG device to your TV and the Internet.

Configure Portals

Go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.
Set Portal 1 Name to IPTV Shop.
Enter the Portal 1 URL (refer to the email we sent you).
If you ordered a second subscription, set Portal 2 Name and Portal 2 URL (leave empty if not applicable).
Save and Reboot
Save your settings and reboot the device.

Load Channels
After rebooting, wait for the TV screen to display the channels.
